Delivery & Returns
Delivery Policy
All Orders need to be placed before 9:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday for next day delivery or pickup. Any orders that placed after 9:00 PM are considered as next day order, as a result, the order will be prepared in 2 days depends on the location.
Order Delivery / Self-pickup Schedule:
-Richmond Location: Monday - Friday.
8120 Westminster Hwy, Richmond
Delivery (3 - 5 pm) and Self Pickup (4 -6 pm)
-Richmond Central Kitchen Location: Monday - Friday. Self Pickup (1 - 2 pm)
-Burnaby Location: Wednesday Only, Self Pickup (7-8 pm)
4429 Kingsway, Burnaby.
-Vancouver West to 30th street Location: Tuesday Only, Delivery (6-9pm)
周日至周四晚 9点 前的订单将会在第二日配送或自取。超9点的订单将会视为第二日的订单，订单会隔日在出单或根据不同的配送或自取地址出单。
订单配送 / 自取 时间表:
列治文 地区: 周一 至 周五

配送时间为 (6-9 pm), 自取时间为 (4-6 pm)
- 列治文 中央厨房: 周一 至 周五. 自取时间为 (1-2pm)
-本拿比 地区: 每周二晚9点截单，周三自取 (7-8pm)
4429 Kingsway, Burnaby.
-温西 至 30 街: 每周一晚9点截单，周二配送 (6-9pm)
Return & Exchange Policy
Our mission at Flour Dance is to completely satisfy all of our customers. We take great pride in our work and guarantee that all products leave our facility in peak condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective. Should you happen to receive damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your order), to ensure we can appropriately address the situation. Please, provide a photo of the damage if you are able to do so.
Gift cards are a final sale item and cannot be returned for a refund.
We are not responsible for the following: delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the purchaser on the original web order.
